Day 2: Volcanoes national park Gorilla Trekking and Ibyiwacu Cultural Village.
Early morning (4:30am) drive to Musanze – Volcanoes National Park for the gorilla trekking Tour. Arrival at Volcanoes national park headquarters for the registrations and briefing before embarking on a once in a lifetime trek of the critically endangered mountain gorillas. Once you spot them you are allowed to spend an hour watching them closely. This is one of the breathtaking wildlife experiences on earth! Afternoon visit the Iby’iwacu cultural village. This village gives you a rare chance to meet local people, in their environment, with a taste of our culture and traditions.
The community you visit will genuinely welcome you as a special guest while they proudly present to your aspects of their traditions and beliefs. Engage in different activities such as traditional cooking, dancing, etc. Dinner and overnight at La locanda/ la Plame Hotel/ Mountain Gorilla view hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel then drive back to Kigali. En-route visit the twin lakes of Burera and Ruhondo. Arrival in Kigali and refresh later transfer to Airport.
