But Uganda gorilla permit is slightly cheap compared to that of Rwanda. For that trip, visitors are requested to have an EAC Tourist Visa (Uganda, Rwanda, and Kenya). In case of landing in Kigali, be aware that plastic bags are strictly forbidden in the country.
